Policy & Procedures

I absolutely LOVE this work, and I have a huge capacity and enjoyment for it. But I’m only one person and I also do live sessions in Orlando, Florida! If you feel like my services have not met your expectations, please feel free to share your feedback so I can learn and improve at this craft. Readings

  • After you fill out the form and submit your purchase, your reading will be emailed to you within 14 days from initial submission. I love doing this work and there’s a good chance I’ll get the reading to you before the 10 days, but occasionally I get slammed! If the reading you’ve selected is a live session I will email you to schedule a date/time.

  • If for some reason I get slammed before being able to close out readings, you will get a delayed reading due date. From which you’ll have the option for a refund. I try to make sure I keep things manageable and realistic with my work ethic and schedule!

  • You may reach out with rescheduling or cancellation needs up to 24 hours before our scheduled time. Cancellation overall within the allowed time period will grant you a 50% refund. A grace period of 15 mins is given for late arrivals, but once it is past 30 mins, the reading session will close out with no refund.

Events

  • After you fill out the form you can expect an email response with a price quote within 24-48 hours. If the decisions are made to move forward with the booking, you will be sent an invoice for half of the rate up front as a non refundable deposit. The rest of the payment will be collected at the end of the event.

  • If the event gets cancelled you will not be responsible for the full payment but, I will keep the non refundable deposit made to reserve the time slot and date.
